Greenhouse's largest event space, Telford, opened in 2024 with state-of-the-art, customisable equipment.
The venue hosts a variety of events from presentations, pitches, product launches, workshops, AGMs, panels, strategy sessions, and more.
This space is a customisable and inclusive space with disability access and a Hearing Augmentation System.

Our base package includes the following:
- Foundation AV Package - Lectern with Microphone, 2 x Handheld Microphones, Projector and Screen, Professional lighting. For an additional fee, more audio/visual options can be hired too (covered below).
- Room Setup options - workshop tables, function chairs, high stools
- A range of additional audio/visual and event equipment upgrades are available to complement the base package. These can be selected based on your event requirements and will be quoted separately at an additional cost.
The space is equipped to handle even the most complex of audio/visual requests with a fully-integrated space.
With built-in cameras and sound systems, the space can be converted into a hybrid room with full virtual conferencing capabilities. It can also record onto our in-house system.
In addition to this, you can choose to add AV Technician support and additional equipment hire such as portable screens, headset microphones, custom colour lighting, and more.
Our space is accessible by wheelchair with lift access from George St and Pitt St. The space is also equipped with a Hearing Augmentation System.
This space is hired for $480 per hour with a minimum of 4 hours between 8am and 5pm. After 5pm and before 8am, the space is hired out at $840 per hour.
We offer discounted rates for full-day bookings, multi-day bookings, Greenhouse members, and climate-aligned not-for-profits.
Our extra technology packages are priced additionally, based on the level of support required.
